Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, estimation, and procurement across our projects. You will work closely with the project management and design teams to ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities and cost estimates
- Evaluate and compare contractor tenders and quotations
- Monitor project costs and prepare monthly cost reports
- Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors
- Assess and certify contractor payment applications
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in QS or cost management
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and market rates
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software
- Analytical mindset with strong negotiation skills
