Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of architectural and interior projects from inception to completion. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues
- Prepare and review project reports, schedules, and cost summaries
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Requirements
- B.Arch, B.E. Civil, or equivalent degree
- 5+ years of experience in project management within architecture or construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and contract management
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools
